Channels received from satellites are shown on your devices without any changes or additions of advertising on our side. Everything is provided “as is”, without warranties or obligations of any kind. The site has priority “for mobile phones and tablets”. All streams were found on the Internet, and the server does not store any video file and / or stream that would violate the Law of any country. Lists/packages (and package names)/playlists of IPTV streams are subject to change without notice. It is forbidden to share / post link (s) to playlist(s) and parts from playlists. Non-compliance will be followed by blocking of the account, or cancellation of the package, without returning everything. The user is aware that:

Agreement on personal data processing by the website

The administration and owners of http://tv.toptv.tv not responsible for place of origin, legality and quality of the IPTV streams and radio stations, we merely provide a technical solution to access single site data streams (broadcasts) and radio stations (playlist m3u), as well as a technical solution to convert the data streams using a different, third-party players (Google Play, App Store), and TV consoles. Our technical solution is our intellectual property. The client makes a donation solely for the technical solution! We have no physical equipment to receive signals. All flows (streams) are found by a robot (program/script) and/or manually in the Internet (Federal law of 27 July 2006 N 149-FZ [as amended on June 7, 2013 N 112-FZ]) (e.g. 4pda.ru, msa-iptv.net). If You are the owner of exclusive rights to any material, the link/links which are on this website and do not wish this information was distributed without Your consent, we will be happy to assist You and will remove the appropriate links from the site/the playlist.
To do This, you need to send an email from the official domain of the company with the following information:
– A document certifying that you have exclusive rights to the material posted on the site: this may be a scanned copy with a stamp or contact information that allows you to identify You as the owner of the exclusive rights to the relevant materials.
