To view OTT channels of Top TV service using IPTV application it is recommended to use this manual.
1. Run the application, according to the instructions on the link http://siptv.eu/faq/
2. After launching the application you want to link to http://siptv.eu/mylist/ and enter the “External link for IPTV list, anchor” in the field:
MAC address of the TV ( you can View the Mac address of the TV in the Menu-Network-network Status )

For watching OTT TV use player OTTPLAYER.
Instruction:
1. Write down the address of the portal as http://mag.ottplayer.org
2. After the launch, will display the CODE for loading the list of channels, enter the code in the section “Playlists -> Add playlist in OTTPLAYER”. After that, the playlist will be downloaded and the broadcast will begin.
Or, mount it in the box Playlist URL address of the server as list.toptv.tv and in the field Key your key.

To view OTT the channels you need to install the player, IPTV player, after installing the app, mount it in the box Playlist URL address of the server as list.toptv.tv.
With this application you can view both live broadcast and archives of TV channels.

To watching IPTV you need to download the plugin – dune_plugin_multiTV_01.01.2018.
After that, throw the plug-in on the flash drive, flash drive in DUNE
Turn on our console and go to the flash drive
Select our plugin in the list and install it
After installation, it will appear in the TV section
Launch the plugin and specify the drive and folder in which you stored playlists, well, actually the playlist you want to download
You can download more playlists or apply the one you downloaded from the billing
After you have downloaded the playlist, go to the item with the icon displaying the globe
If done correctly you will see a list of channels
Select the channel and enjoy watching.

Domain need to slaughter for plugin list.toptv.tv and ID and pin from the billing.
Also solve the issue with firmware for Samsung and LG TV.
